Refunds & Returns Policies
Purchases made at www.northsnacks.com are eligible for a refund within 2 day from the day you receive the package. Please call our Customer Service department at +92 312 9921574 or email at refund@northsnacks.com, in order to get the authorization for the return.
If an order is refused or returned to North Snacks due to inaccurate information or incorrect address or because it was declined or undeliverable, North Snacks reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee, and also the costs incurred related to the shipment being returned.
Please note, refunds will be issued on the same credit card/Account Number used for the original purchase.
If you return a product to North Snacks, you will assume all return charges. In the case, that an incorrect or damaged item is shipped, only the cost of the item will be refundable excluding all shipping expenses and/or taxes.
Note: Prior authorization is required for any return and the item must be returned in original condition. We will not accept any returns or exchange if
- Damaged or cut.
- We are unable to issue any refunds after 2 day from the date you received the order.
- For all returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all taxes & shipping costs.
